San Diego State University Men’s Tennis
Chris received his bachelor of Science from San Diego State University in 1995. He was on a four year tennis scholarship and was named All-American, reaching the semi-finals in the 1992 NCAA Division 1 Tennis Championships, played at the University of Georgia. Chris was elected by Division 1 tennis coaches nationwide as ‘Player of the Year’ NCAA Division 1 – Western Athletic Conference and he was nominated ‘Male-Athlete of the Year’ by San Diego State University’s, The Daily Aztec Newspaper. To this day Chris currently holds the San Diego State University all-time school record of most singles victories (36) in a season 1995, and most all-time doubles victories (35) in a season 1995.
